Total scam
I'm a Canadian customer, and I deeply regret I've been wasting my money on this mediocre insurance. It's a scam. Basically, I've been paying for nothing. My cat got serious issues and we had to see a vet multiple times. They denied all claims, finding a way to exclude them from coverage. I'm going to report them to the Ombudsman inspection, it's an unethical way to do business Don't let them take advantage of you!

Unfortunately and Fortunately
Unfortunately, it took a lot of time and lots of upsetting phone calls to solve my claim ......Always , some kind of miscommunication and lots of Emails from my side and from the vet clinic sending all the requested information about my dog history , over and over again! Almost 2 months trying to find some kind of answered and a logical solution to solve my claims! The accident of my bby , the Dr appointments , the surgery , etc ...So much We had to deal with and on top of that , We had to deal with you (Embrace)....We should have had a piece of mind having you (Embrace) as our guardian, but Unfortunately It was more like a nightmare than a good dream ......No piece of mind at all ! Really sad and disappointed 😞 ......Fortunately , it was solved! 🙏

Good Processing Time but App Issues
So glad claims are being processed in a timely manner again! Ever since I got Pets Best when I adopted my first cat 3 years ago, claims would take forever to be processed and for me to get reimbursed. My only feedback is that the app doesn’t work for me, it never loads anything. So I had to do it online, but I wish I could do it on my phone since it is more convenient that way!

Unacceptable Premium Increase
I had my German Corso insured with Fetch since bringing him home in 2021. Today, days after his 3rd birthday & just before the renewal, I got a letter indicating a change in premiums...over $410. This is completely ridiculous. I'm canceling the policy immediately. I'm better off putting cash aside in an account for any future medical issues. The consumer has to pay up front anyways, so I may as well keep the cash. So disappointed.

I wouldn’t have believed this until it happened to me!
After procuring this insurance for my 10 month old dog and waiting the initial 14 days before taking him into the vet (because after reading reviews, taking him sooner might result in a denial of my claim, even though I’m paying for it!). I submitted the claim for the vet visit (we purchased this insurance so that we can afford to have a dog and be able to give him the necessary care he needs). They wanted his medical records for the last YEAR (he’s 10 months old! And I’m sure the first two months before I even got him he wasn’t taken to a vet to begin with). I got the vet records from who else… the ASPCA where we took him to get him neutered where I’ve been a member for years! And my claim was denied because they didn’t get the records for the full year!!! All that’s going to happen is their team is going to reply with “ We are sending this over to our team for review now. In the meantime, please give us a call at 1-866-204-6764 so we may discuss your account in greater detail.” which is not satisfactory when you are STEALING my money! I can’t even find where to cancel this thieving policy and now I’m cancelling my ASPCA membership as well. I’m going to find a company that puts pets and their people before their greed!

EMBRACE is the best Pet insurance any one can ever get. They are always their for you - they have never denied any of my claims in the past 11 years and my 14 year old dog has had a lot of health issues. You can go to any Hospital or any Doctor of your choice. The team of employees are very compassionate and caring.
