So impressed!
Once again, Trupanion comes through for our precious cocker spaniel. Our boy is almost 13 and just had his second ACL surgery. Yes, he’s such a clever boy and tore both right and left ACLs in the past 5 years🤦🏼♀️ processing the claim was done by Gulf Coast Specialists and the invoice was paid before I even arrived home with our boy. Very happy with Trupanion. Yes, they may be expensive, but you always get what you pay for. Thank you for making these ridiculously expensive surgeries possible.

So disappointed
I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years. My policy premiums increased for over $700 this year (even though I had no claims for the last 8 years). I feel like they are trying to make money by ripping off customers and taking advantage of the love we have for our fur babies. So disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I have been a member of Trupanion for about 10 years, then my dog passed away and I cancelled only to get a new puppy. Again I called to register with Trupanion. They pay claims very quickly and I have never had any kind of dispute. Trupanion is a great company to be a member of.

Good Pet Insurance
Good Pet Insurance. Easy to sign up. rates are somewhat competitive. Embrace claims department was responsive which was good and the follow-up was also pretty thorough. However, it took 30 days to review the claim. After which they refunded a 75% portion of the total vet bill. They did cover euthanasia costs but not cremation.
