Affordable coverage
I was looking for affordable coverage for my new vehicle and I found Sonnet after an online search. The online experience was seamless and for the coverage I got, the price was amazing. I recommend Sonnet to anyone looking for the right insurance.

Grateful for a quick and easy claim process
Our eight year old dog recently needed emergency spinal surgery. Her treatment included a specialist and a 4 day hospital stay. Despite all the complexities, the claim process was quick and easy. Many thank yous!

So far I have received okay service
So far I have received okay service. I have not yet had to make an actual claim, which doesn't give me a frame of reference for my experience if that happens. Aside that, I appreciate having a plan that covers accidents/illnesses that are unpredictable, without charging an arm and a leg per pet. Still, with 3 pets on my policy who were recently ALL increased simply because we hit a year on the policy, that's a little annoying. Also, my policy was changed without my approval, to a $500 deductible covering 80%, instead of the better coverage I had prior, and I didn't appreciate having my coverage cut. I don't mind paying a fair price, but if annual increases are the norm it may be more cost efficient to go with an initially more expensive company that doesn't do that.
