Took my pup to get his first check up…
Took my pup to get his first check up and some shots and overall i found that will be it because they really dont cover anymore…what a waste..this is toward the (wellness) program…dog need to see the bet at least 2 times a year and i just about exhausted what is coved-so my $20 something i pay a month will basically cover 1 visit…so at the end of the year i will be paying $220 plus for nothing and you can not stop the wellness program…not what i thought

Spot pet insurance is the best
I learned from my last pet the importance of having pet insurance. I didn't think I would need to use it with my recent dog but she fell ill unexpectedly. The diagnostics test and trips to the ER vet and vet have all been covered with ease after meeting my deductible. The process is easy and reimbursement is fast. I would HIGHLY recommend Spot Pet Insurance.

Kudos!
Earlier, I gave a 3 star review because I mistakenly thought my claims had not been completed. Found another email from Spot informing me that they had been completed and that the reimbursement amounts would be directly deposited into my bank account. The delay in processing, as I stated in my previous review, was my fault for not including all the paperwork needed. Kudos to Spot Insurance for great customer service and quick turnaround time!

Claim not yet settled
It’s a little difficult to rate at this point because i have submitted my first claim and have yet to receive reimbursement or notification of resolution. I did have to submit additional paperwork to support my claim, which I’m sure caused a delay. All of the representatives that I have spoken with on the phone have been helpful so I expect that all will go well. I will update my review once my claims are settled.

We just recently started pet insurance through Spot. We have submitted only one claim so far and it was easily processed online and direct deposited into my bank account within 5 days.

We adopted a dog
We adopted a dog, so within the first few months of course we discovered issues including skin disorders etc. Having medical insurance like fetch was a huge saving grace for us. Especially because we are older.

Fetch is always amazing and processes my claims very quickly and is very fair. They were a life saver with my very sick cat last year and were very kind after he passed. Katherine H. was especially helpful today with some claim questions I had :)

Classifies everything as pre-existing
Classifies everything as pre-existing She didn’t go in for a breathing issue. She went in for nausea. The surgery was her spaying. During the spay the corrected her palette. You covered her spay. Again we had no idea the palette would be touched until they had her sedated for her spay. She was given fluids for dehydration. Fluids are not given for coughs. Ridiculous

The app didn’t work well
The app didn’t work well. It did not allow me to upload all of my documents, despite repeated attempts. I was only able to upload two documents, and my claim was delayed while I exchanged repeated emails with the company explaining that its app would not allow me to upload any additional documents.
