I have 6 dogs and all are insured with Figo. Last year one of my dogs got hurt and we put our insurance to the test. $6000 worth of tests on my dog and Figo came though promptly with my reimbursements. Definitely reduced the financial stress so I could focus on getting my boy fixed up. Thank you Figo

Unhappy with reimbursement policies
Very efficient and quick to pay claim. Always have difficulty scanning invoice. That's not an easy process. Disappointed that Fetch pays for only 1 DA2PP per year since puppies need 3 and there are plenty of dollars (339.50) left in my 2nd tier wellness plan most of which I prob wont use. Also disappointed in low reimbursement for fecal exam on 3/20. Also Fetch wouldn't pay for a wellness exam that I needed in order to have my puppies 3rd DA2PP shot. I went to a vet in another state near my home and was required that puppy be seen briefly (puppy wellness exam)before the shot since he hadn't been to the office before. That doesn't seem rite.

I signed up with Fetch for my 9 month old Yorkie mix. I got the wellness plan in addition to the illness/accident. The claims process is very easy. I use the app to file and follow the claim. So far I'm very happy with the claims process and the customer service. I'm so glad I chose Fetch!

Good coverage and excellent service
I've had several claims with Healthy Paws for my older labrador. They've clearly explained his coverage and what documentation is required for care. The claims process is extremely easy and the response is fast. Healthy Paws has been very fair and open with covering my dog's surgery claims. I give them a whole hearted recommendation.

Would give no stars if I could
Would give no stars if I could. There's no point in having insurance if they continuously deny claims and deem everything as pre-existing. Just recently had a claim denied because they said my dog was showing signs of the condition during the waiting period ( which was 8 months ago) when my dog was JUST diagnosed with her condition a couple weeks ago as I've never seen these symptoms before. I can't wait until we move to another insurance!
