Dreadful experience
I was told I had to give my vet permission to give Embrace all information for passed record to Embrace. I did this and then my vet told me to just have an Embrace rep contact them for the information. Almost 2 weeks later Embrace emails me to tell me they didn't contact my vet. Then after telling them they need to email the vet for the files they still didn't instead they just kept emailing me that I needed to give them the file in which I can't because I don't have them. The whole reason I'm paying for extra pet insurance is so I didn't have to deal with all of these issues that staff at the company are trained to Do. So the fact it took this much trouble just to file a claim for $86 im terrified that if anything serious ever happens with my dog that Embrace pet insurance won't be there when I need them again so I will be canceling my policy. Do yourself a favor and find the insurances that your vet is friendly with and trusts I should've listens to my vet
