WOW!!!! TRUPANION IS AWESOME!!!
WOW!!!!! Took Brinio to the Vet yesterday for his regular cytopoint injection for allergic dermatitis. Filed my claim last night after we came home from our 1.5 hour trip to the vet. This morning, my claim has been paid! You guys are AWESOME!!! I will NEVER own another pet without insuring them with TruPanion! We had 3; Thor passed away, never had claims, and then there were 2; Joey was diagnosed with a squamous cell carcinoma a year before he died, TruPanion made it possible for him to have his surgery that would have ruined our budget otherwise; Brinio is still with us at 14.5 years old, healthy and happy because he gets all the Vet care he needs. I will NEVER own another pet without getting health insurance through TruPanion!

My puppy's first wellness visit invoice was submitted that day, within three business days I was reimbursed for the amount covered directly into my bank account. I have never had a transaction with any type of insurance company move so quickly or smoothly. I am very happy with my decision to insure my puppy with Spot Pet Insurance. I reviewed many, many companies and spoke with several very nice representatives before ultimately making this choice.

Maybe I got lucky....
I was reading some of the previous reviews and was a little stunned to see how bad they were. I bought pet insurance for my dogs and was delighted to discover that they have a family plan at MetLife which is cheaper and it enables me to get unlimited coverage. We're always hoping we don't need insurance but I did. I had a $6,200 bill for Max and I thought this is going to take a while because it's a new insurance company for us they're going to have to get all of his old records review everything.. I was prepared to wait while my credit cards gained interest. Much to my astonishment my claim was paid today just one week later after the incident and probably 6 days after filing. I didn't have to fight with anyone they covered everything they said they would and the payment was in my bank account less than an hour after I chose my method of payment. I'm so very pleased but I'm a little scared because of all the bad reviews I've read. At this point though I can only recommend MetLife, they have done a really good job for us
My puppy had a foreign body ingestion…
My puppy had a foreign body ingestion requiring surgery. Pets best was there for us through the process. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and we were informed about our reimbursement within 3 weeks. Great customer service!
