Manypets honest review
**Review of Manypets Pet Insurance** Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I have been a customer of Manypets for the duration of my pet's wellness policy & accident policy, which I purchased with the hope of mitigating the costs of my dog’s health needs. Unfortunately, my experience with Manypets has been overwhelmingly negative, prompting me to advise potential customers to consider other insurance providers. Throughout my policy term, I did not make any claims until it was nearing expiration. I diligently gathered receipts from veterinary visits and supplements, submitting them before my policy expired. Despite my efforts, my claim was denied. When I contacted customer service for clarification, I was informed that the submission was rejected due to a 180-day filing rule, buried in the fine print of the policy terms. The lack of transparency regarding claim submission deadlines is a critical failure on the part of Manypets. Such important stipulations should be made clear at the outset, not hidden away, which feels deceptive and undermines trust. Furthermore, when I attempted to address this issue and cancel my service, I encountered unhelpful customer service with no access to a supervisor and an inability to immediately cancel my account. In conclusion, I have paid thousands of dollars in premiums without any return, faced with what appears to be deliberate inconvenience designed to discourage payouts. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing a more transparent and customer-friendly pet insurance company. Manypets has not only lost my trust but also my business.Mimi canceled my policy today and they are refusing to refund my money when. The policy does not renew until May 5, 2024. I think I may need to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Would not recommend. We started trupanion when our dog was 3 years old and very healthy. Like any dog, has had an occasional nominal injury. When she did get an injury at the age of 5, requiring X-rays and extensive treatment, Trupanion denies the claim stating it “could be pre-existing” and we could file an appeal. After debating extensively with the manager and rep, it was clear that this was their process to avoid paying.

Lymphoma Coverage
One of our girls has lymphoma, and Embrace has covered her first year of treatment. The staff and claims folks are responsive and answered questions each time we emailed. The first claim took a few weeks to process, but each one after happened very quickly. If you are on the fence about pet insurance I recommend you give Embrace a chance. We hoped to never needed it for cancer, but are thankful to have it.

I am so happy that I chose Spot.
I am so happy that I chose Spot for pet insurance. I have all three of my cats on it and I am super grateful for it. I’ve had a few emergency vet visits since I signed up with Spot. It really took some sticker shock away. I suggest Spot pet insurance to anyone with a pet. You can have a plan that helps cover preventative and emergency visits. I found that most pet insurance companies do not do both. I know I made the right decision choosing Spot.
