We wish to thank everyone at Trupanion for the kindness & patience we received during our dog Finnegan's illness. We were hoping never having to use our policy. You came through when we needed you. Aside from the claims being paid out quickly & without a hassle, I was struck by the level of compassion exhibited by your truly remarkable staff. We will be forever grateful for this treatment during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Misleading signup experience
I signed up for my insurance online and didn’t realize my yearly amount allowd was only 2,500. I am extremely disappointed because when I spoke to someone on the phone they said that if I called and had made this choice I would never have had this mistake happen. I feel like I have been swindled and I am now told If i want to maka change I have to cancel my account. Super disappointed
