I recently had to take my dog to a hospital for an emergency visit which cost a lot, and I am so grateful for the quick and efficient service from Healthy Paws. This is an expensive plan that is slow to pay a small amount. If you have a healthy pet that gets routine checks, you shop for a better rate.

She was very helpful. She knew about online glitch when choosing a wellness plan. Added the coverage right away. Confirmed the coverage and told me to medical history was not required from the vet to process the claim. Information that was very helpful for upcoming vet checkup.

There are far better insurance options…
There are far better insurance options out there - don’t be fooled! Especially for the crazy high premium costs. With how much they charge, you’d think they could process a claim properly. Make sure you check your claims with a fine tooth comb or you’ll be triple paying deductibles or have claims randomly get “lost”. Personally I am convinced they don’t care cause they hope people dont notice so their payouts will be longer. I’ve yet to have a good experience with them.
