When my dog got attacked by a pit bull, it was, of course, very stressful. What I DIDN’T worry about was filing a claim. It was fast and easy to do and the claim was processed very quickly. My dog is doing much better too.

The layout of your filling out of paperwork was well laid out and easy to use. I believe you achieved what most other companies don't do: have someone who doesn't know the program go through and fill out the paperwork for your services. I was able to fill out all the paperwork with most of my questions answered without getting frustrated. That's a great start with your company in my book.

First Time Claim
I recently had to take my cat into the vet since he wasn't feeling well. This is the first time a vet visit was needed other than his regular annual visit.
