Good coverage
I have had good luck with getting things (mostly) covered by insurance and it is a hassle-free process to submit claims on their website. I would highly recommend obtaining your pet's medical records to submit with your first claim to avoid delays.

Great Pet Insurance
AmandaM - was AWESOME. She was knowlegable, understanding and relativable. It was like talking to a friend! If you need pet insurance, I say go with this company. So many benefits, flexibility and mostly awesome customer service. Not my first pet insurance company, but very happy to have found them. I had to make some changes to my policy and it was very easy to do.

Finn
I debated whether or not to get insurance for Finn (my new yellow Lab pup). It turns out Finn had an accident and needed steel plates put in both knees. The cost of surgery was almost $15,000.00. I only had Embraces insurance for a few months and was worried Embrace would not cover it. I was so wrong. To my surprise, Embrace coved the entire amount. I would highly recommend Embrace Insurance to anyone who has a dog. Thanks Embrace.

I a new to Pets Best
I a new to Pets Best. I am displeased with my coverage. I have a neighbor who is a member for several years and her items are always covered. Her and my dog went and had the same conditions. My refund was only $100 something from a $700 bill. Beyond unfair. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone. Also the turn around time was unbelievable. Just to get that kind of repayment was unbelievable.

Pumpkin Insurance is the only way to go…
Pumpkin Insurance is the only way to go if you have pets. I opted for the annual package. After Violets(cats) visit, I submitted a claim and received the money within 2 weeks. The direct deposit option is great. Anytime I have needed to call customer service I was impressed by how informative friendly and helpful the staff was.
