Quick service but now another hike in payments
Submitting my dog’s claim was fast and easy. Unfortunately, another hike in monthly payments will be applied. How is it that such a percentage hike can be justified is beyond me. :(

If they pay you too much they will lower your coverage
Lowering coverage for people who have been paid “too much” in claims is really scummy. I think people would be more understanding with a premium increase, not being forced into a less than ideal plan.

CLAIMS ARE NOT PROCESSED ACCURATELY
I DON'T LIKE THE WAY YOU PROCESS CLAIMS AND I WROTE AN EMAIL ABOUT IT ON 7/13/2023. YOU DO NOT PROCESS CLAIMS TO BENEFIT YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO TAKE THE COINSURANCE BEFORE THE DEDUCTIBLE. YOU ARE PAYING THE LOWEST AMOUNT INSTEAD OF THE REASONABLE AMOUNT. I ALREADY ADVISED YOU THAT I WILL NOT USE YOU IF I GET ANOTHER DOG. AS PER INSURANCE RULES COINSURANCE SHOULD BE APPLIED AFTER THE PLAN'S DEDUCTIBLE. 8/20/23 YES YOU PROVIDED COVERAGE FOR MY DOGS WHICH I APPRECIATE BUT NOT AT THE CORRECT AMOUNT. The app is easy
The app is easy. Payments were fast. Coverage wasn't exactly what we thought for the Wellness plan. I'm waiting until the next claim to see how much is covered and will determine if we enroll again. We will keep the accident insurance though.

Fetch has treated us like an individual and not a number
Fetch has been great to work with. Our new pup (Ryder - Corgi Mix) was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer at 7 months. Major facial/oral surgery has removed the tumor (all margins good so far) and he is adapting to the changes. Fetch has been great! Covered their insurance portion without any issues. Highly recommend Fetch!
