If I could give you a 0 or no stars at all I would! I waited two hours to get a quote from you and the vet and when I received it, it showed the majority of it "not covered" What the hell am I paying you almost $100 every single month and when I need coverage for my pet you covered $49 out $300 bill!!!! $49 coverage??? Is that fair to you fucking idiots that don't give a crap on anything other than your own fucking pockets. What kind of fucking scammers are you? You are not helping pets and pet families! You are helping your own fucking pockets!! Shame on you and all your stupid services. People are completely crazy to waste their money on you garbages!

What true sales people and service this is
I use USAA I'm a veteran for all my banking and insurance needs. They utilize embrace for pet insurance and I called for a quote. The lady was wonderful she sent me the quote and I've got nothing but email after email after email to bug me and I don't want that and I told them not to send me any more stuff and they keep doing it

Claim Questions
Every time I call about claims questions, I always get the nicest customer service agents. Once they even re-submitted a claim for me and I got paid on it. My dog has 2 diseases, Addison’s Disease & Epilepsy. He would not be alive without the help of insurance to get diagnosis and receiving lifetime medications.

Horrible! Took claims forever to be processed and considered dental cleaning and skin allergy pre-existing. Apparently tartar on a dogs teeth is considered dental disease. No where in policy documents does it say allergies are consider pre-existing. Waste of money

So far, so good!
I just started my dog on the food since he is such a picky eater and I was having trouble getting him to eat anything. He is still figuring out what he likes and doesn't. So far he likes the pork and the chicken, but he doesn't like the turkey and I haven't tried the beef since I haven't gotten him to eat beef in any other dog food I didn't order it. I will have to slow down on the frequency of the orders since he will only eat once a day I don't need it as often, but he is warming up to this food better than any other and I've noticed that he doesn't scratch as much as he used to from his allergies. So far, so good.
