I've been with Pets Best for aprox 3 years. Their website navigation makes it easy to send a claim. Acknowledged receipt of the claim is within 24 hrs and reimbursement is usually within a reasonable length of time (aprox 2 weeks)

Emergency visit on holiday
We had to see a veterinarian ASAP. It happened to be a Sunday and we went to emergency room. They provided all necessary medical care during this visit. Submitted claim was processed in THREE days with all detailed explanations.

I like that the company is fast in…
I like that the company is fast in processing claims however the hidden charges seem to undercut the purpose of the insurance. Example, my police has a $200 deductible which reduced my claim refund. However, my claim was further reduced for a copay that was added by Embrace. I thought co-pays are direct payments to the facility and not to my insurance carrier.

Don't Leave Home Without It !!
I don't know how to emphasize enough the importance of good Pet Insurance, and Healthy Paws has proven to be the Best of the BEST!! A friend recommended that we get Pet Insurance based on their experience. I never dreamed we would need it because our previous two Samoyed dogs never had any issues. I thought that maybe there might be Puppy accidents or etc. but our Samoyed Daisy has had reoccurring bronchial problems resulting in several hospitalizations and special procedures. Healthy Paws has every time reimbursed the invoices directly into my bank account within honestly 48 hours. These are not insignificant amounts.... specialist doctors are super expensive!! The monthly insurance fee is surprisingly affordable as well. Their web-site could not be easier, it takes just minutes to submit a claim, and Healthy Paws follows up immediately with a status. I am eternally grateful for the peace of mind Healthy Paws has allowed me to have while going thru the stress of health care for Daisy. I spread the word to all my friends, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the Best, by far!

I switched from a National pet insurance company that has a great reputation and good prices for their coverage tiers with no regrets. I have more coverage for both of my dogs than I did with the other company, for the same price. Filing a recent emergency claim was super easy and the refund was automatically deposited to my bank account. Love it!
