You have to fight for claims to be paid
I've yet to be reimbursed for 1 claim . You have to jump through hoops and fire and still not reimbursed. They have no problem taking your money though. I have 4 dogs insured

Heidi, We’re sorry for your frustration during the processing of your claim. As per the policy we do require medical records for all enrolled pets to process claims. All claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs/symptoms that are noted in those records. Most pet insurance companies including Healthy Paws use a pet's medical records to determine if there are any pre-existing conditions that would keep us from approving a claim. Once full records are received (typically we ask for them when you file your first few claims) we will keep them on file for future claims processing. After reviewing your account, there are missing medical records we need to process your claim. Our team has offered to contact your veterinarian to get those records. AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I had called with the intention of canceling my Fetch account because I didn’t really have time to look it over at SPCA.. Denise answered questions that I didn’t even know I had!! She explained everything so thoroughly about my insurance plan, educating me more on what exactly Fetch is. Of course after learning more, I opted to keep my plan. She also made me feel so much better about having a new dog, because it can be stressful! Thank you for such a pleasant experience, Denise :)

My policy was cut off due to an…
My policy was cut off due to an employee error. They gave me the wrong amount to pay and my policy was cut off. The last person I spoke with said my file was being escalated and that I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. I waited a week to no avail. I then got a new policy and here we are. I’m not happy that I still have yet to hear from someone or have some form of compensation for all the problems the employee caused me. My car was almost repossessed. I’ve had to pay people to drive me around. I’m so completely broke from all the repercussions I’ve had to pay for by my policy being canceled. This has been a nightmare.
