Customer service was very polite
Customer service was very polite. I was frustrated with the fact that they would not change my mailing address to my Box number. I do not get mail at my physical address and explained that if it was not sent to my Box number I would not receive it. I was told it is Sonnets policy to only send mail to the physical address. It makes no sense, I have never had an issue with any other provider with using my correct mailing address. Again, anything that you are mailing to me will not get to me unless it is sent to the Box address

Shady practices
Paid for a policy that went into effect the day I had a vet appointment scheduled. My pet required extra testing and medication. I came home to see an email from Fetch by Dodo that even though the policy was in effect, I couldn’t submit a claim for another 15 days. This info wasn’t made clear until the day the policy technically started. Be wary of any company that hides important stipulations in the fine print.

The new fill out the forms and some one will contact you in 3-7 business days is brutal. Even the old school insurance companies are better than what your company is now. The old Online platform is why I switched to your company but looks like I will be switching back as you have zero service

WHAT happened to this company?
Really disappointed in this company now. I gave them a 5 start review back in September, but need to change my rating. My rates just went up. 47% increase for one cat and 21% increase for the other. They are the same age. Even though the rep told me they do not increase premiums based on claims, she then proceeded to tell me that the 47% increase was because that cat DID have a claim so I lost my 30% rate "discount". In addition she said the State of Washington care rate has gone up. WOW! AND, they recently denied my claims for the other cat. I will be shopping for a new insurance company. Ever since this one changed to their new name and now have a new insurer, it seems that their CARE has gone downhill. Very sad to see.

I don't like your pricing
I don't like your pricing, I'm paying more than I used to, $450 even with a ticket is exceedingly high. I was referred to this by a friend who said it would be cheaper or easier to use, but I've not had a good experience at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else honestly.
