We just got a new puppy and decided to go with Spot for Insurance due to preventative plan. My experience from contacting customer service to ask questions to filing a claim has been extremely easy. The customer service reps were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance!!

Received a bill from Fetch because I didn’t reach the deductible. 10 years of insurance. Zero Claims
I don’t as with Fetch insurance for 10 years. My Corgi/Sheppard cross is as healthy and receive all of his vaccinations. I made 1 claim when he died suddenly at an animal emergency. The cost of cpr and intubation as well as medicines. Cost - $263. I submitted and learned that I didn’t meet the deductible. I had already paid the vet and the animal emergency. I revisited a bill for $263 from Fetch pet. I would NOT recommend them. I would remind you that this is a faceless corporation that does not care about your pet and its well being. These people are heartless. Worst experience at the worst possible time.

Amanda Mello was my sales representative. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough, honest, professional, and friendly. Since I have had Fetch Petplan insurance for the last ten years, I had already planned on staying with them for my new puppy. However, if I was undecided as to which pet insurance to go with, I would have picked Fetch PetPlan insurance just due to Amanda's professionalism, kindness, and willingness to answer all your questions and get the plan that is right for you. I have been very happy with Fetch insurance. I have had zero issues with claims and reimbursements. The app is easy to navigate, upload documents, and you are kept up to date by text and/or email of your claim status. I am sure there are plans that may be less or have different options that may appeal to certain pet owners over others. However, with zero complaints, great service representatives like Amanda (who literally is a blessing to talk to), and quick claim reviews, I can not see me going with another pet insurance company.

Part of my claim wasn’t paid because of an assumption that my dog has a preexisting condition, which she does not. She’s only one and a half and has hardly been to the doctor other than well visits and grooming. I am considering cancelling this insurance if my claims are not going to be paid.
