IF I COULD GIVE 0 OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I PICKED THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE AND PAYING LOADS OF MONEY FOR INSURANCE AND THEY ARE NOT REINBURSING ME BECAUSE IT WAS BEFORE THE WAITING PERIOD? IT WAS FAR PAST THE WAITING PERIOD WHEN I GOT MY VET WELLNESS EXAM AND LATER WEEKS WENT ON AND DISCOVERED MY CAT HAD ISSUES NOT PRESENT ON THE WELLNESS EXAM AND THEY CALLED IT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION? SCAMMERS!!! NEVER USE THIS INSURANCE. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT REIMBURSE ME, THEY TOOK 2 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO MY CLAIM WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS. Simply the Best
I have insured 2 dogs with Metlife , and couldn’t be happier. When I lost my first Basset, Metlife was there for me. Now i’m insuring my second, and already had multiple claims for shots, heartworm meds, checkups and soon to be neutering. Metlife covers it all. Can’t put a price on piece of mind. My pup is worth it, yours should be too. Metlife is definitely worth the price.

Very happy with Healthy Paws
I've been with Healthy Paws for several years now and only recently needed to submit claims for my aging doggy. In every instance, I have been very very happy with the immediate response and conclusion. It was simple and quick and the agents working were always so friendly and answered any questions. Their customer service is definitely exceptional. We are VERY happy with Healthy Paws. I recommended them to my sister with two dogs as well.

I’ve submitted a question regarding my claim and have not heard back yet. My dog had to go in for a broken toe nail and my claim came back not covering the portion of the bill for the toe nail removal which was the only solution for the injury.
