Horrible
Horrible. I have been paying pet insurance for 10.5 yrs My little guy is relatively healthy I just submitted a claim for 417, 250 will be deductible and the vet exam will be deducted so I would probably end up with $70. They are now deciding to do a medical review since since 2014 for the less then 500 I have received over the yrs. DONT CONSIDER THIS INSURANCE. AWFUL

Insurance Policy Renewal
I rec'd a reminder about my dog's insurance policy renewal & that it couldn't be processed. I called & spoke to Naomi, in NY, close to Niagara Falls. I'm in Ontario, Canada. Naomi was extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We had something in common & she let me tell her a wee story, never once trying to shoo me off the phone. She then connected me with Emmalee, who helped me with my address change update. Emmalee, not unlike Naomi, shared the same wonderful attributes. These ladies made my phone experience easy & appreciated. Thank you, ladies. One, small request. When given the opportunity to put together a guide, for my dog,offered for free, from Fetch, I accidentally ticked off female. It wouldn't allow me to amend my error. Is there any way I can redo the questionnaire, so it's correct?
