Promotion is a lie--New customers not welcome.
I have had years of Bivvy insurance. Bivvy is going out of business and recommended Spot Pet Insurance, but when I called to ask about plan options, they said Bivvy customers were to be treated as "new clients" thus all conditions covered under Bivvy insurance would be considered "pre-existing conditions" and not covered by Spot. I am incredulous that Spot Pet is being recommended as a replacement with absolutely no benefits or equal treatment to potential new clients. They do not deserve this promotion to Bivvy clients as they clearly do not respect us.

The worst insurance company I’ve ever…
The worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. I was with them for over a year and they were fine when taking the money out of my account every month, however after 9 months of paying I submitted my first invoice. It took almost 2 months for them to finally get back to me, probably thinking I was going to forget. After calling them a couple of times, they finally replied and denied my refund claiming check ups are not covered. Later, I submitted another invoice and that was rejected again after 2 months of waiting. How could my claims keep getting rejected when I had full coverage? I was paying almost $70 per month for the highest coverage (wellness and illness), why was I denied a small refund by saying I don’t have that covered? This is a complete scam. When I canceled my policy with them, the lady asked me the reason. After I explained to her, she agreed with me. Without saying much, she said “Yes, I understand”. I would honestly go with a different company.

ASPCA new customer review
ASPCA pet insurance information is easy to understand. After comparing costs and services with other carries, I feel I made the right choice. ASPCA's follow up phone call to ensure I understood the policy and to make sure I set up the online account was handled professionally by Ashley. I also appreciate not being locked into a contract. As far as I am concerned, ASPCA covered all the bases I needed to ensure my lovable pet will be cared for appropriately if she gets hurt or is ill.

Impossible to reach by phone
LONG message when calling, then call dropped. No way to skip any long long pre-recorded message. Then call is dropped . IF I ever reach any one I will again try to cancel the contract.
