Poor Claim Response Times
I reached out for an update for my claim as it had been over two weeks. After talking with a rep, they let me know the claim was pending additional records from Emancipet. I had previously sent in these records and the rep confirmed they were received and now they can move forward with my claim. I donât understand why my claim was in limbo for son long when there were no issues with my claim.

Super happy with results and accuracy
I had several claims from, new vet appointments and new ophthalmologist appointments times 2, with prescription receipts all from well over a year due to a major move. Trupanion covered them all in various ways but all above and beyond my expectations!!! Thanks Trupanion!!!!
