Honestly, I feel mislead by the policies. Even when the directions we are told from a representative to prove a problem was not pre-existing to get it covered, it still was denied. It feels as if we are paying just to have every single claim denied.

Shameful Serviuce
My daughter had an accident over a week ago and Sonnet has only NOW begun to investigate her claim via email. Still no reach out in person. She is still in limbo with zero calls to see how she or her two small children are doing, the status of the vehicle or the impact this is having on her life. In addition, they have not even begun the process of towing her car to an assessment depot so she can begin to figure out if the car is repairable or if it is totaled. She had to have it towed to her driveway. Shameful!!
