Embrace is a Borderline Scam
If you've taken your pet to the vet before, Embrace is likely not for you. My expectation was clear pre-existing conditions would be covered but had no idea how one-sided their rulings would be with an intentionally cumbersome appeal process. Had your dog in for the vet to look at a benign cyst a year ago? Embrace's stance: "All types of cancers are permanently ineligible for coverage" Our pet recently was cut on his stomach incidentally by the groomer and Embrace determined that an ear infection a year prior made it ineligible since it was related to the "derm." We were highly dissatisfied with their claim process and their support team.

Coverage is top notch and reimbursements are fair & fast. I also love that after a tough couple of years claim wise, my premiums have gone DOWN! I've never had that happen with any other insurance company. Highly recommend to everyone with pets!
