Pets Best is an outstanding company!
Pets Best is an outstanding company!! They sent numerous emails to let us now the status of the claim. They did all the communicating with the veterinarian and took responsibility to get all the necessary medical records. All we had to do is upload the bills. Pets Best made the process incredibly easy. I can't say enough about how great they've been.

Not really happy with the last refund
Not really happy with the last refund. Disappointed how little the refund/coverage was, less than 25% for a preventative/maintenance exam. Don't really see the point of continuing this coverage. Will be switching back to our old insurance soon. It is what it is!

A great partner in our puppy's care team
Trupanion has been a lifesaver for us. Our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was diagnosed at a very young age with painful bilateral elbow dysplasia with fragmentation and has required extensive diagnostics, medications and physical therapy. Trupanion has been there with us every step of the way and covered 90% of all eligible costs (after deductible). As we go into surgery next week at one of the preferred Trupanion express clinics in the Seattle area it is a relief to know she will get the expert care she needs with the level of insurance coverage designed to make it happen. Highly highly recommend!

My experience was great! I didnât have to do anything, my Vet gave me an estimate then they reached out to Trupanion and their portion was paid and I paid the balance before leaving the office. Totally painless for me

Chester loves trupanion!
My experience hasnât changed. Trupanion is the best. My Chesterâs claims are processed fast. If it werenât for trupanion Chester wouldnât be able to get his much needed allergy medication. You guys are the best.

My dog Lily had TPLO surgery in October of 2019.
My dog, Lily, had TPLO surgery in October of 2019. Trupanion paid 90% of the cost for the surgery and all the associated medications and supplements, and continues to cover the cost of the joint supplements she has been taking ever since. Trupanion pays 90% of the cost and all the paperwork is done on the spot at the veterinary clinic when I pick up the supplements.
