Do not get!!!
My dog was a healthy dog when I decided to purchase insurance for him due to his age. Weirdly enough, one month exactly after purchasing the insurance I took him to the vet because he was having excessive thirst and urination and he was in diabetic keto acidosis and he almost passed away. After successfully treating him and getting over the hump of having a dog with diabetes they decided that his claim wasn’t valid and that it wasn’t covered under his insurance. To be honest completely unacceptable. I have told and will continue to tell all of my friends about my experience with this company. And I already heard a couple of bad reviews from other people close to me. DO NOT GET! You’re better off paying everything yourself.

RIPOFF and waste of money
I got this insurance on 7/2/2022 for then 2-year old dog. The rate was $97.37. They claim they do not have anniversary pricing, so I decided to go with them even though their rates were higher than others (I had insurance on my prior service dog for 10 years, but that company, like this one, got greedy). After one year, they raised my rate to $128.00. I started to cancel, but decided to accept their "story" and try another year. Well, guess what? My renewal this year is $175 and some change. In case you're not good at math, that's an 80% increase over a 2-year period. This is, in no way, justifiable. My advice is to double the premium quote you get and put in in a savings account. I have paid these ripoff artists over $2400 for nothing (I had a couple of smaller claims and got back a few hundred dollars). I would have been ahead of the game to have just put $200 in savings (by the way, I would have had $4800.00 to date saved). I have been putting some aside in addition to their fee, but I am not wealthy. I am on a very very moderate disability income and being ripped off like this really angers me. I am so sick of these big companies ripping off the public. Want to know how poor they are? Find out how much their CEO makes. Disregard their "cookie cutter" response. It is the same old nonsense they spill out to everyone. I don't care what they say, I was with them for two years and had an increase at the end of both years. Regardless, 80% increase is just downright evil and greedy. Don't stand for it and don't make the mistake I did.

Diesel nose squamous cell carcinoma
Awesome experience with my 10 year old german shepherd. He was diagnosed with a nose tumor and embrace helped with covering it with no issues. Only thing is I would recommend getting more than you think you will need.

After a few bumpy roads at the beginning (asking for several pieces of information such as dates before my pets were born or asking for items already provided) the last requests for claim reviews have been somewhat smooth. One pending claim at the moment asked me via email for my pet’s name, DOV, receipts and something else which was already provided. Not sure if the email is too generic without asking for detailed info., but suggesting here to be specific of the ask so I can best assist you with the process. Thank you.
