Unexpected and simply amazing!!
I expected never to have to use my dog insurance. An accident forced me to submit my first claim only 3 months after buying it. ManyPets covered the agreed part according to the terms and conditions of my product and I did just the basics: I submitted a claim, and after four days, it all has already been solved and my claim filed. The claim was logged/entered Incorrectly by Trupanion so I Had to run down the medical records and submit an appeal! Several Claims Have Been Logged/Entered Incorrectly - and thus rejected because the diagnosis was entered incorrectly! They made the mistake so they should fix it without making me submit an appeal with medical records!
