After one year and one small claim, my premiums have gone up by an unreasonably ridiculous amount of 40% when I was led to believe that moderate increases could be expected. Nothing moderate about this! I am livid and feel deceived.

Worst money I ever spent
My puppies had diarrhea from worms when they were 8 weeks old. Pretty common and easily treated. But since they had diarrhea back then every claim I’ve made since then was rejected and considering a “pre-existing” condition. How can diarrhea be pre-existing?! What a joke. I’m disappointed. Long wait time to process claim and when it was complete no eob attached called and asked for one also was processed incorrectly as I paid extra for coverage. Very frustrating
