Very pleased
My 5 dogs have been insured through ASPCA for more than 5 years. Lately the turn around time once a claim has been submitted has been quick and I like the ease of submitting claims via app on my phone. Customer service has been easy to reach as well. I definitely notice a great improvement since I first became a member.

Best pet insurance
In my opinion, Many Pets should be rated as the top pet insurance. I was given the best quote when I signed up compared to other companies and was given the top coverage (90% reimbursement after meeting a $500 deductible). When I adopted my two other dogs, I was still given a great quote. The only change was that the reimbursement offer is now 80% after meeting a $500 deductible. It is always very easy to file a claim.

Sorry can’t give a zero
Sorry can’t give a zero, which it what they deserve ! Terrible customer service ! Expensive ! Doesn’t cover the normal needs ! A fight or accident perhaps ! Would cost me 20k for two pets over a four year period! Between premium , co insurance and deductible ! Don’t waste your money ! Save it and self insurance !

SO FAR….it has been a fine experience. People should be mindful while initially choosing an upper yearly benefit limit that once chosen you cannot increase for the life of the policy Check other companies as some of the others will not require you to meet a yearly deductible for ongoing treatment of the same issue. This can be critical if you have a breed of dog prone to certain traits.
