Excellent experience with Healthy Paws
We selected Healthy Paws because they are highly recommended and we haven’t been disappointed. The app makes submitting claims super easy and claim approval/payment is very prompt (days not months). They are extremely responsive and even checked to see how our dog was recovering from his surgery. Can’t say enough good about them.

I have experienced frustration at times with the filing. Getting the correct documents from the physician required to process the claim has been difficult.

Prompt turnaround time and easy to use app.
I recently submitted couple claims for my dog's exam for her ACL xray. It took about couple weeks to complete the processing but they let me know where they are with the process. It was very easy to submit the claim(all I did was to fill in the blanks and uploaded the invoice I got from the vet). I am waiting for the reimbursement to get deposited now but so far, the process had been very smooth and easy. No questions asked, no hassle.
