No sour lemons here
Despite the weird name, my experience with lemonade insurance was painless. Response was rapid, and the reimbursement fair and timely Jane S
Love this insurance
Very easy to use. Customer service was very helpful with the ONLY 1 time I needed to speak with someone. Thanks Met!
Just filed first claim
I've had Embrace for a few years now, and I filed my first claim last week. The process was super easy. I uploaded the bill, and I had the money in my bank within 24 hours.

Way too expensive!!!! No necessary items covered!!!
Answer to your “copy & paste response you send out to everyone: Let’s stick to the truth!! No, your prices are nit the best you can do. best. You know the prices are ridiculous. No your redeemable expenses are a fraction of what they should be. Stating you use each states “standards” for redeeming cost is an insult to every pet owner & their pet. You’re a business & you’re in this line to make as much money as you can. Way too expensive. This plan doesn’t even cover basics like vet office exam fees or neutering. Deductible is also ridiculous. Even if there was a pet surgery, this plan isn’t worth it since it only covers a low % of what they deem acceptable costs. REALLY?!? AGAIN. RIDICULOUS! I’d rather just set aside $50 a month in a savings account & then pay for my pets visits.

Direct deposit is the way to go
Direct deposit is the way to go! Much more efficient for reimbursement. Still a little slow in processing claims though.

New Customer, first time purchasing pet insurance…
I recently purchased a policy with Spot Pet Insurance. So far, so good. I have had 3 small claims. The first claim went against my deductible, but the second two were paid Almost immediately with the money being deposited directly into my checking account. The first claim required a bit of work, mostly because we have two vets because we are snowbirds, one up north and one in Florida. Spot required invoices as well as a full history, including visit notes, but as long as your vet will provide those you should have no problem. Once That first claim is done, subsequent claims have been very easy, no problem, great service. Just send in a picture of the invoice from your Vet, and the money is in your account in about five business days, easy. Highly recommended

Best choice i made after rescuing my boy!
I was able to submit a claim the same day as our vet appointment, and within 3 days the claim was already accepted! The reimbursement policy type is nice because they still cover all yearly preventative wellness costs so they will never hit your deductible, but then you get paid back a huge portion of your bill!
