I’ve had Healthy Paws insurance 10…
I’ve had Healthy Paws insurance 10 years for my dogs. It has been extremely “user friendly” for filing claims (takes me just a couple minutes online), has never given me a claim judgment that was not fair, and has seamlessly covered even very expensive conditions such as autoimmune disease, chronic gastrointestinal problems, eye issues, injuries, and complex surgeries including multiple mass removals and biopsies, correction of a spinal ("corkscrew" tail joint) malformation, severe malocclusion improvement (Boston Terrier, need I say more?), and more. I've had other insurances in the past that presented constant frustration regarding claims, but Healthy Paws has made my dogs' health care so much easier and less expensive. As a senior, I daily appreciate that I can adopt dogs and not worry about future costly health issues affecting their care. Also, kudos to HP for promoting pet rescue and really meaning it!

I regret to say that my experience with…
I regret to say that my experience with Embrace Pet Insurance has been nothing short of disappointing. It pains me to label them as nothing more than scammers, as I've struggled to obtain any form of reimbursement through their services. To illustrate the extent of their lackluster support, let me recount an incident involving my cat's ear issues. Despite providing clear documentation and evidence of an ear infection, Embrace categorized it as a pre-existing condition under the umbrella of allergies, promptly denying coverage. This preposterous reasoning reflects their abysmal understanding of medical conditions, leading them to exclude a genuine health concern from their supposed coverage. I discourage anyone from entrusting their beloved pets' well-being to Embrace Pet Insurance, as their deceptive practices and lack of accountability make them an unreliable and unscrupulous choice.

Initial review
Once decided on a pet insurance was relatively easy. Although I haven’t needed to use the insurance but it’s been okay so far!

Great Company. Love the website!
Filing a claim is simple and the web site is very "user friendly" with clear and easy-to-understand information. They processed the claim for our dog's knee surgery promptly and reimbursement followed soon after. They even followed up with an email to see how she was doing after her surgery!

Your policy to start coverage…
Your policy to start wellness coverage the next day after enrolling was the best option. Your company was the only one to offer that to new dog owners that want vet services quickly for new puppy visits.

Healthy Paws TPLO Surgery Claim
Healthy Paws was prompt with the processing of my claim for my Yorkie's TPLO surgery. They also sent the refund check quickly and I had no problems with the claim at all.
