Some Good Some not so good
I am so glad I can use the preventative care benefits for my pets. But the time to process a claim is taking so long it is making it hard to keep up with the vet bills because I am not receiving the reimbursement in a timely manner because the claims are taking so long. The way I can view why a claim is denied or approved is not at all helpful. All I can see is approved or denied nothing more it would help if I could see why not just that it is. I would love the option to raise my coverage level for my pets when it comes time for the annual renewal. I can decrease coverage but not increase it. Which I was unaware of when I first signed up for the policies.

Great Insurance Company I've been with with Sonnet for a few years now and I've had to make a couple claims. 1 for someone badly dooring my car and another for having my vehicle stolen. For both claims everything went smooth with no issues.
