Embrace has been very helpful to medical care of our two chihuahuas and to our family finances. The customer service is good too. My only suggestion is that the web site is a little difficult to navigate when I have multiple claims in process at one time. Needs a better dashboard. Two thumbs up and five stars for Embrace!!

Just joined Spot a month ago. I was with Nationwide pet previously and it was always a hassle filing a claim and having to answer tons of questions before they process claims. With spot it was so easy and painless, with quick turn around claims and refund!

I've been using spot for years now and have never had any issues filing a claim or receiving reimbursement. The first claim you submit for non-yearly wellness treatment takes about 2 months to process, after that it's a breeze. One of our girls has lymphoma and working with Embrace has been very easy. We don't have to worry about the cost of her treatment, just worry about taking care of her. Embrace customer support is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I loved how quickly they responded to my inquiry. I was trying to upload my pups vet exam and just put it in regular doc. It was needed as exam prior to insuring. Spoke with rep and issue was resolved immediately. Initial exam was moved to proper file. :)
