I’ve always had positive interactions with Embrace’s representatives. They are very helpful and answer all my questions. Their service and follow up are always on point and quickly handled. My claim submissions submissions are easy to do on line and responses are timely.

They cover nothing
They cover nothing. This insurance is NOT for pets or pet owners of animals adopted from pet rescue locations. They’ve stolen over $600 and essentially only cover calamities, which I already have much control over as I am not a reckless pet owner. Don’t purchase Embrace.

HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE!!! I would advise strongly against this company as they raise your rates every year. I have had them for three years and every year my rates go up 30%. You can find much more competitive pricing out there with the same coverage.

Communication is not great
Communication is not great. The option for messages and email results in no responses. I had questions about reimbursements and getting them the information they needed. No response. Calling results in being on hold all the time. So communication is the weak link but otherwise happy.
