Spot Processed my claim QUICKLY
I recently sent in a claim for a new illness for my dog. I enclosed my invoice and additional notes on the visit from my vet. It is very important to submit the vet's notes from your visit along with your invoice. This helps speed up your claim. This particular claim was processed very fast and a check will be forthcoming to me. When you have all the info Spot requires, things go very smoothly. I appreciate the quick response from Spot.
