Grateful for Spot
We have insurance from Spot for our senior dog who is 13. He was most recently diagnosed with Soft tissue sarcoma. Filing for claims and getting them approved has been really easy. Fast, reliable service
First time I’ve ever filed a claim since I’ve had this policy and I’ve had it for years. My little buddy has been having back issues lately, that comes with age. My claim was handled quickly and very pleased with the service I’ve received. Insurance is the one thing you don’t need, until you need it. If you own a pet, I recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Misrepresentation of coverage
Misrepresentation of coverage. I was told that I would get $315 per year for wellness coverage, but they break that down. For example, a maximum of $30 is paid for an annual checkup. Good luck finding a vet where the $30 covers even 25% of a checkup. However, $100 of the wellness was for spaying/neutering, despite the fact that they knew he was neutered years ago. So the highest I could ever be paid would have been $215. But when I signed up, the salesperson told me that on a bill of $400, I would be paid back $315. So there was dishonesty from the very beginning. Their app is super basic, not even containing a copy of your insurance policy. I'm not entirely sure how that's legal. The chat function is ridiculous, with only very narrow categories to choose from. When I was finally given a phone number from the chat to call, it was incorrect. The recording said that I could dial #2030 and pay $4.99 to get the correct number. I had to look back through my emails for a correct number, as the only communications from them that contain any contact info are during the initial sale. Finally, they took nearly three weeks to process my first (and only) claim, despite claiming that within two weeks it would be done. They only processed it because I sent an email asking why it hadn't been done. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. This insurance company basically tries to find all the possible ways not to reimburse you. Make it very difficult to get reimbursed and asked for a lot of documents. I never was reimbursed for anything during our time together because I was constantly given reasons why I did not qualify. Even though I paid for services. Don’t waste your money. Do not recommend. 0/0.

This experience began badly
This experience began badly, but eventually evened out. Perhaps I am unrealistic to think insurance people should display positive attitudes when dealing with customers who are under stress due to their pet's illness, but will try for balance regardless.

Saving Romeo
My Chihuahua Romeo was hit by a car. I rushed him to my vet and then had to rush him to an emergency hospital. Thank God he was going to make it. He is doing great and the cost was expensive although I would pay any amount to save my Romeo. So having Fetch made the cost easy to handle. They reimbursed my claim in a timely manner. And answered all my questions and calls professionally, and with compassion. It was a great relief after such a traumatic situation. I highly recommend them as your pet insurance. They are mine and I’m grateful to have them.
