Muddy Paws review
I took my shitzoo for a bath today. I had been there before with no issues other than our dated equipment, but only $5 which is reasonable. I was the only one in line for bath station. I put my puppy in the tub and tried to adjust the water temperature for over 5 to 10 minutes which i learned later was not adjustable. I felt the water was too hot for my pup and she was very uncomfortable. I brought my own shampoo as the shampoo I used last time was so watered down it would not lather. The dryer was so ancient could not get my pup dry due to the thickness of her coat. In the meantime a couple came in with Two huge dogs. I was trying desperately to finish up cause comments were being made by the couple try to calm their big dogs. I doubt I had been there 20 minutes before a man who was an employee came in and very sternly said what's the problem? He continues to stare me down which made me very uncomfortable. I gathered my stuff and took my wet dog out to pay. The huge dogs waiting were growling and try to break free to get at my dog who was scared to death. I see why they call it muddy Paws, I would just as soon wash my dog in a mud puddle. I will not return. The girl employee was very nice and polite.

Most positive experience during a Challenging time.
So glad I purchased pet insurance for my pup. I have owned a lot of dogs and this is the first time I have had pet insurance. My friend recommended lemonade and it was best decision I made. My dog and a traumatic eye injury. Filing the claims was super easy and stress free and payments were quick. Their follow-up on questions was also seamless. Great experience
Straight forward & friendly
They offer a clear outline of benefits, good customer service when needed, and they deliver on what is promised. I've had a claim take up to 4 weeks to be processed but that's to be expected.

I did A LOT of research and Embrace is the highest quality pet insurance out there, seriously. They cover more than some other plans, and they are very clear about coverage, no surprises. I can submit a claim online in about 60 seconds and they drop the funds straight into my account, often 1-2 days later. I was shocked at how easy it was.

Insurance rates increasing next month an extra 40.00. The healthy Pet seems to be pointless because we are grouped in with all the what if? I canceled Insurance and will use Carecredit card for backup. I switched from ASPCA pet insurance to Embrace a year ago because of high premium plus deductible! Im leaving my dog's care ❤ in God's blessings hands smiling 🤗. I have had pet insurance for years never received much in return because I'm a great pet parent. Good luck to those that can afford the what if syndrome with a healthy pet.
