Great Service
The. claims were reviewed in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained what items were covered and what items were not. When I had a question, the customer service representative was patient and thorough in explaining how I could dispute my claim. I even recommended the service to a friend.

Good, but could be better
I went with Pets Best because they had the best prices and options that fit my pets needs. While I was paid out for an emergency vet bill, it took 1 full month to receive the explanation of the cost breakdown. During that 1 month, I received one generic email that told me they were behind on processing. You could use their mobile app and/or website but they weren't consistent with one another where the app would show the claim was not processed and on the website it would say it was processing.

Highly reccomend healthy paws
They have reimbursed me for well over 20,000 dollars throughout the past 6 years. Including a mast cell cancer diagnosis and removal. They always cover everything they say theuly will. Wish the premiums didnt increase so much but you cant put a price on this type of peace of mind
