Emi the fetch agent I spoke to was amazing. She answered all of my questions and gave me great advice as to when the time comes the best way to file a claim and information about my deductible. Also uploading my cats' medical records on the website was a breeze and the phone app is user friendly.

I've been with fetch for a number of years now I think they are an incredible pet insurance company I've always had great experiences with all of the support staff amazing help with constructive and productive telephone call conversations detailed conversations on helping you with the best wellness plan for your pet be claims are always expedited and they are very fair and just I love this insurance provider today I had an amazing conversation with Kayla and also with katherine Hammer I think her name was what I love about this provider is they take the time to answer your questions and I know that I'm not the easiest because sometimes I find it very difficult to put in words what I intend to say but I always find them incredibly patient with me

Super easy to submit a claim online
We had Embrace with our previous dog, but tried a different Pet Insurance with our new puppy because it was less expensive. We had such a hassle trying to submit claims with that company that we decided to go back to Embrace. We have been very happy with the service and ease of submitting claims. We won't switch again.

Any excuse to deny a claim
Seems like they look really hard to find an excuse to not honor claims. My dog had an ear infection and claim was denied because he had a hot spot on his back a year ago.
