I don't understand how they determine how much you get back from a claim.
What I don't understand is from a bill for $502 I only get $90 back. Is it because I only have Basic in Wellness. How can I lower my Annual Deductible if that will help. I pay $65.37 every month for two dogs. That is $784.44 a year and this is the first time I sent in a claim for just regular check-up and shots and my dogs have been covered since 2020. Help, this is very expensive for a low income person. And why the delay in Duchess'. She was in for the regular check-up and shots

Very expensive and raised my rates double and I'd never filed a claim in 3 years of having the service. My dogs are in excellent health and we never reached out to them for anything. Ripoff. Go with someone else.

After 48 hours of diarrhea from both of our 6-month-old French Bulldogs, we had to bring them in for an emergency evaluation. After spending $3,000 and a 7-day course of pre-biotics, they are now back to normal. The positive aspect of this situation is MetLife Pet Insurance. We have always had insurance for our previous pets with other providers, but they all pale in comparison to MetLife. The process for submitting a claim was so efficient that it was almost hard to believe it was that simple. I filled out the claim form online, attached the detailed treatment receipt, and received confirmation of the claim receipt within 1-2 days. We were then reimbursed within 7-10 days. I highly recommend MetLife to anyone in the market for pet insurance.

Quick Response on Claims! Can't be beat
I've had experience with several pet insurance companies, and without a doubt, Manypets stands out as the most responsive and quickest in making claim decisions. In August, when my cat was diagnosed with cancer, I urgently requested a prompt decision on the claim, knowing it would influence critical decisions about her care. Unfortunately, her cancer was advanced, but to my surprise, Manypets completed their review within a week. This is a remarkable contrast to others that often take over 30 days. While Manypets may not have all the fancy features of some competitors, their exceptional responsiveness more than compensates for it. I'm deeply grateful to have found Manypets and plan to remain a customer for as long as I have cats.
