My overall experience has been great, some recent delays in processing
My experience has been great with this coverage. We bought the coverage when our dog's were born so no pre-existing conditions. I am seeing some delay in processing and have been waiting over a month for our most recent claim to be reviewed. Not sure why it is taking so long?

I am beyond grateful to God and Nationwide Pet Insurance. My Great Dane was admitted to the Pet Emergency Hospital for three days and the charges were absolutely astronomical. I called Nationwide crying and they talked me though the process of submitting a claim electronically, so we could receive a faster turn around. I don't know how I could have managed this without Nationwide. This insurance is a must!

If I could hug Embrace
If I could hug Embrace, I would. If it were not for this company, there is no way I could afford pet vet bills here in Hawaii. As a teacher, I have a very limited income, but every single time Embrace comes to my rescure and allows me to keep my fluffy tabby cat Baby in tip top shape. I am beyond happy with this compnay and have told SOOOO many people. I have the vet office referring pet parents to Embrace too! In this mean, cruel world, where no one seems to care, I am glad you do. There is a bright light on Embrace. Thank you for ALL you do!
