The process was fast and easy. Maia had bladder surgery, spot covered 80% of the bill after the $250 deductible. I’m very pleased with spot. Someone always answers the phone with answers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we have spot insurance for my dog.

Best insurance company EVER
Best insurance company I have ever dealt with for ANYTHING. Processed and paid claims promptly and without ridiculous denials. It is because I have Trupanion that I'm able to give my dog the appropriate medical care now, without having to panic about the cost. I'm SO grateful that I'm able to focus on managing her disease instead of arguing with an insurance company.
