seamless experience
We had seamless experience, pets best covered our dogs claim and are waiting for the payment to post to my account. It took longer than I thought it would but not unusual with insurance stuff. So glad we have pets best insurance for our dogs

Great coverage for my older dog and my young pup
Our family typically has three dogs. We're down to two right now, but I have learned over the years to ALWAYS have pet insurance. Recently we switched from another company (H.P.) to "Pets Best." I was concerned to switch because one of our dogs was 10 years old while the other was 1 year old and I was worried the cost would be exhorbitant for the older dog. But it wasn't, so we did switch. We've had this policy for about a year now, but never needed to submit anything. Well this month we finally had to submit a claim on our older dog. Our older Australian Shep (now 11) had to have his gallbladder removed. That is not a cheap surgery, but we would have done it even if we didn't have insurance. This particular dog is a therapy dog at assisted living facilities, so he is an important part of our local community. We did what it took to get him better. And get better he did! He is thriving now. So I finally submitted the claims that we had racked up and crossed my fingers to see if they would get paid. And to my utter astonishment, they DID!! We will get back about 80% of the monies we put in. All I can say is that I'm telling ALLLLLLL of my friends about Pets Best. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Marie, Dave, Jack and Teddy
