Take care of claims so quickly and it's so easy to file and then go in and review details of claims. I appreciate this so much. Having a sick pet is so stressful in so many way, so having some of the financial burden relieved is a huge blessing. Thank you.

Pumpkin—A Great Start to Pet Insurance!
Pumpkin has a great side-by-side comparison chart with other pet insurance companies, so it was easy to compare and contrast the different insurance plans. This transparency made me feel confident in making my final decision. In addition, they sent a welcome package with a toy, which was so unexpected! I also appreciate the way in which they communicate—-it’s personable and familial which is the opposite of what you would expect from an insurance company. This is my first time signing up for pet insurance and so far the experience has been positive!

Not a good purchase
I adopted a kitten and was told by my vet to get a good pet health insurance company because anyone who has ever adopted a kitten knows the trouble they can get into. I enrolled in Pets Best Health Insurance. Bought their highest tier policy for a small yearly fortune. Unfortunately, he became ill, and his vet bills were expensive. Their claim processing turn around time is extremely long and their reimbursement poor but not as poor as for my 3 year old cat. I purchased a tier down from the kitten's because she was out of that kittens stage and just needed to cover her basic yearly costs. They cover only pennies if anything on my three year old. I will be rearching new pet insurance companies upon their renewals to find a better pet insurance company. Obviously would not recommend Pets Best.

I would have given them a 5 star review…
I would have given them a 5 star review considering the quick solution for my bills and questions. But today I got an email that my monthly bill goes up from $32 to $48. I little warning time would have been great. Now I struggle to find an insurance on short notice.

Robbery - Don't do it
This insurance company shamelessly robbed my family. Be careful who you trust to support you when you are down, because this company shows no remorse and will continue to beat you down. I had a non-fault accident in 2019 while insured with sonnet. Fastforward 2 years and a different insurer; Sonnet decides to reclaim the settlement money after having taken the written-off car 2 years ago, all while we were still paying our monthly car payments for the written-off car for 2 years. The companied harassed me for the 2 years between, then proceeded to ignored my calls to the adjustor, specifically 2 individuals that I will be naming in a court setting. These individuals both worked on my case, one taking over for another and neither will take responsibility. One in particular said she cannot comment on her coworkers actions. When I did get ahold of my adjustor she was very rude and unprofessional, stating that I only called them back because they took the settlement money from me, that they don't need to talk to me anymore because they got what they needed. When I tell you RUN, I mean it; cheaper is not better. I wasn't even at fault in my accident and they treated me so poorly and made the process so stressful. My family is still recovering from the financial burden they put on us. Sonnet/Adjustor will not and have not returned my calls still.
