Highly disappointed
We signed up because we heard great things but now reconsidering. We submitted our first claim on June 6 and looks like it is still in queue, which is ridiculous. We’ve already submitted two more claims since then and have not heard back at all. Highly disappointed and will be sharing our disappointed with other as well as will be looking for other options that have faster processing times and a live response.

The customer service is fantastic! I had this insurance on my first JRT, and when I lost him at 17, ASPCA customer service was so caring. When I adopted a PRT, there was no question what insurance he would have. Claims were always paid in a timely manner and communication was good.
