I am very satisfied with MetLife Pet Ins. They have provided me with the ability to care for my dogs that otherwise I could not. Quality pet care is very expensive and my dogs deserve the best!

My German Shepherd has allergies and needs allergy shots every 2 months. After she gets her shot, I take a picture of the paid invoice, upload the picture into the app, answer a brief question or two and hit submit. A week or two later my reimbursement is in my account. It couldn't be easier and I couldn't be more pleased!
28 percent policy increase
I was a loyal customer of Trupanion and have policies for my three pets. None of these three dog (9 yrs) cat 1 (4.5 yrs) cat 2 (1.5 yrs) have had more than minor medical needs over the years so I haven't needed to test the policy around claims. But they continue to increase my coverage rates despite my loyalty and that I have not cost them anything to date. I received an increase for my cats' coverage by 28%. I know we have inflation but that's outrageous. I cannot recommend using them because they do not value customers despite their cheerful attitude when telling me about the rate increase and pointing to the cost of care for other pets.

It’s frustrating to see how much you don’t cover. Sally has unfortunately pretty severe gastrointestinal issues. Now she has prescribed food that costs about $165-$185 a month. It’s PRESCRIBED yet not covered. I wish I would of done more research before I chose you as Sally’s insurance provider.

Great experience with Trupanion. Great support with this insurance company for Stanley, 6 1/2 Goldendoodle. He was very sick over the past few weeks and Trupanion was the reliable insurance we need it to help us pay for the high Vet bill. Highly recommend. They pay bill promptly. My vet submits bill directly to Turpanion and it goes through the reimbursement process very quickly.

Ability to care for my senior kitty
My senior cat, adopted at age 10, is taking his first steps on his journey with small cell GI lymphoma. Thanks to Trupanion I've been able to work with his vets, both general and specialty, to get the testing we needed for a diagnosis, and to start treatment. Trupanion has been great, both in how they work with both vet practices, and how individual client service associates have talked, and comforted, me. At least I know that that my boy will have every chance at good days ahead - and I would regret not being able to make these choices if I did not have Trupanion insurance.
