Trupanion is so very responsive
Trupanion is so very responsive. My 4 yr old was diagnosed with IMHA. They turned the approval around for his treatment so quickly. The staff is awesome also!!

Surprised at what is not covered
I was pleased at how quickly the claim was processed at vet office. However very surprised to find that pre op labs and imaging necessary for my dog’s surgery w ere not covered by the insurance.

Everytime I file a claim I have to submit an appeal. They never fully read the paper and draw the conclusion that my dog has a chronic condition so when I get blood drawn its not for funsies
