Easy to use, outstanding customer service.

illness(cancer)
my dog was diagnose with cancer. hearing the news was heartbreaking as she is a beloved family member. embrace insurance made the claim process painless. They processed the claims in a timely manner without any nonsense. you could'nt ask for a better insurance company. dealing with my dog illness is enough without any other issues. embrace made the process a lot easier to deal with.

Overall I am satisfied
I had to call several times and spoke to several people until an x-ray was included as part of the deductible. I brought a sick cat into vet's office and bloodwork and xray were ordered. Trupanion felt the xray was not necessary because it did not involve the eye even though the cat had respiratory symptoms as well as vomiting. Of course the xray would be ordered. I had to fight for that. It took 5-6 weeks after the first visit to receive reimbursement. Too long. But overall I am satisfied because in the end they paid what should have been paid.

Fantastic Assistance For Our Lab!
I am very pleased with Embrace Insurance. Our vet Dr. Julia Johnson recommended Embrace and we purchased the first year in April.Our Labrador Retriever Bailey tore up her knee subsequently and after a thorough review of Dr. Johnson's notes, Embrace paid our claim. They are courteous and responsive and I would recommend to any pet owner.

Cherry Eye and coverage
Well, my first ever pet insurance claim went smoothly with Trupanion. I own an English Bulldog who is proned to health issues, and at the age of 8 months, she just had her first major issue...cherry eye. It was an 800 surgery with a precheck of 120/medicine and a f/u visit $. I submitted claims and had to pay 100 deductible on the various claims and then they issued reimbursement of 90% as promised on their literature without any antogonizing f/u required.
