Spot is Great!!
Anytime I call them, they answer my questions clearly. I am very happy with the service and the coverage. The only issue is moreso with my vet, where he handwrites his invoices, so its difficult for Spot Insurance to translate all the services that was offered and how much they cover. This adds to the wait time for my reimbursement and probably the only issue I face but it's not with Spot.

Excellent service and prompt responses to questions and claims small and large. I am so grateful that ASPCA insurance supports both preventive and illness coverage for our two dogs and cat.
