Such A Scam - Not Worth It
We have been paying this provider for over 9 years. It went from $70 payments to $210 a month over the years. We calculated we have paid over $14,000. In our dogs 9th year, he started having issues. Several visits to the vet and zero reimbursement from Fetch. Also, with each visit comes a possible claim, and each claim has a $400 deductible. There is no winning. You are better off to take that money every month and put it in a separate account, then use it as needed. Bonus if your dog hardly gets sick, then you can use it as you see fit. Pet insurance is a total scam. Very disappointed. Waste of money, would not recommend.

I had paid for the premium package
I had paid for the premium package. I have had my pet insurance for about a year. Found out that my cat has a heart murmur that the vet says to keep an eye on the condition to see if it gets worst. Second visit i was informed by the vet that the condition improved. Months later my cat was not himself so the vet suggested to have tests taken. My cat was not himself. The tests showed he had an enlarged heart. Spot would only cover 20% of the bill which cost me over a 1000 dollars. I should have been covered 90%. There reason was it was considered a pre existing condition. The tests should have been covered. It's not like they were covering for whatever procedure required. My cat is only 2 and half years of age.. Watching my cat fading because I can't afford the thousands that it would cost. I am so heart broken. These people pretend they are animal lovers but all they care about is taking your money.

Easy to use
With two puppies, one being a rescue, we have had some expenses. MetLife has been easy to use and has been a welcome help in meeting those expenses. I’ve never had pet insurance before, but am very glad I have this policy.
Total ripoff
I submitted several receipts from the vet, only one of which was applied to my deductible. However, in the many claims that were denied there were medications listed that I was certain were covered. (as I searched and printed out a very lengthy list) These claims were denied, even though the bills were itemized to show that some, if not all, of the meds should have been at least applied to my deductible. I will be disposing of this next year. Guess I have to stick it out now so as not to lose the small amount of credit I have accrued towards the deductible now.
